We could not be happier with our recent experience “Sisters Sell More” is an understatement. Both Sandi and Sherri were always there for us whether in-person, via email, phone call, text message you name it these ladies are responsive. We quickly found this market was great for selling but tough for buyers and after two missed opportunities we were ready to throw in the towel. Their continued assurances and positivity kept us moving forward until we found THE ONE. We all worked so well as a team tackling checkpoints and busting through roadblocks in what felt like record time. Another benefit of working with them is their wonderful trusted contacts. We never felt forced or obligated to use one of their contacts but having their endorsement meant a lot to us and we were not disappointed with any of the third party service providers we worked with. We had great folks across the board and the entire process from start to finish felt effortless. I work from home with 2 boys that are on Summer Break and a crazy mini schnauzer puppy so needless to say it can be hard to juggle appointments or even remember outstanding paperwork or task items that need to be completed but they always kept us informed and on-track. I was very stressed about picture day but Sandi and Sherri have worked with the photographer so many times they knew what needed to be done and they were in lock-step the entire time. What I thought would be a stressful day ended up being a lot of fun with lots of laughs and I was left with some amazing pictures of my home that were published to MLS within 24 hours. All showing requests were sent to us promptly and all feedback from each showing was also provided promptly. With their expertise of the current market they gave us spot on guidance which resulted in an above-asking-price offer only a few days after posting to MLS and at the same time they were orchestrating the purchase of our new home. I could go on and on with this review and I still would not be able to capture or convey my families satisfaction with the level of care we received from these AMAZING ladies. When it comes to doing business (especially buying and/or selling your home) you need someone with good communication and organization skills, that are responsive, flexible, honest, and understanding; they excel in all of these areas but on top of that they are kind, generous and so much fun to work with. By far the best real estate agent in the state of Georgia! They give 110% to ensure the entire process of buying a new home is enjoyable and as stress free as it could possibly be.
